MRC Legal was founded by James Morris, a full-service restructuring and commercial lawyer with over 18 years of private practice experience.
James has acted for a wide range of clients and stakeholders in both contentious (claims – both claimant and defendant) and non-contentious (company/lender and buy/sell side).
Particular experience includes:
- 9 years’ experience at one of the leading global business law firms
- 12 months’ experience within the restructuring department of a major clearing bank
- Providing legal advice and support on a wide variety of complex and time-critical matters and working with clients both on-site and remotely
- Sector specialist advice in the areas of professional practices, healthcare, retails, leisure and manufacturing.
